Craig’s drumming workshop was the highlight of our company’s team retreat. He was able to take our company’s values and mission and turn them into an engaging exercise that allowed everyone to truly think about the work we are doing. Whenever I hear our values in a meeting I still think of saying them to the beat of the drum.  More importantly, it was a fun way to bring together our team and have us exercise team building skills.
